‘Darshan Academy celebrated Tree Plantation Day on its premises. The morning assembly started with a thought and slogan through which light on the importance of trees in our lives and gave message of preserving the flora. After that, a wonderful mono-acting was performed by the students telling the importance of trees in our life.
Principal A. David encouraged students to preserve trees which play a vital role in maintaining the ecological balance. He added that it is the responsibility of every one of us to not only grow trees but also taking care and protecting them.
Students of Eco club with the help of Rotary Interact Club distributed herbal plants to residents of nearby areas and to the public in Rana Pratap Bagh and Model Town. Students took out a rally carrying posters and raising slogans.
