How i de-stress in anxious situations
It is very common in today's youth to feel stressed and anxious due to mental and emotional pressure of career, studies, relationships, and social media life. If someone tries to mediate between his/her thoughts and actions in such situations, he/she will get really anxious. I also get anxious many times while dealing with work, studies, family and friends which reflects that busy scedule can cause anxiety, but i have found some tricks and strategies so far to get rid of such feelings. Anyone can follow these tips to de-stress in anxious as well as depressing situations.
- Go to a calm place, close your eyes and take deep breathe and tell yourself that "everything will be alright after sometime" and try to feel postive and hopeful.
- Do activities that you really love to do such as gardening, listening to music, eating good food, dancing, etc.
- Ignore and get away from those people who hurt or pressurizes you for some time.
- spend quality time with people who truly loves you and care for you.
- Try to help someone in need, it always helps us to feel good and happy.
- People have considered that to make theirself calm, they need to put efforts and try to find different ways by theirselves.
And last but not the least, always try to think and make decisions on the basis of rational and ethical thinking.
