Phirni/Firni is an Indian sweet pudding. It is prepared with rice sooji. It's a healthy sweet item and delicious too.
Ingredients of Firni:
Rice
water
Milk
sugar
cardamom powder
Almonds
saffron
chopped dry fruits
Recipe of Firni:
1. Take a bowl and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Then remove water and grind the rice so that it becomes rice sooji.
2. Take a pan and heat 1-liter milk. when the milk is boiling add the rice sooji and stir it well.
3. Now add 1 cup of sugar and mix it well. let it heat for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
4. Now add cardamom powder and stir it thoroughly. Finally, add saffron and chopped dry fruits.
