1) His wife made the bamboo doors with him.
2) The bridegroom chopped the bamboo and his wife boiled it and when it came out to be too hard to eat after testing the bamboo curry his wife again boiled it by adding more water.
3) She was surprised because she had never heard of making curry with bamboo door.
