Apart from Earth, we do not know such a planet in the whole universe, where life is possible. This is the only known planet, where a combination of all the essential natural resources, oxygen, water and gravity is found, making the possibility of making life successful. We do not need to think more about it and protect the earth for future generations, the earth has to be seriously protected in many effective ways. People should get more and more trees to obtain adequate oxygen and reduce the effects of air pollution and global warming.
To protect our lives, the environment and the homes of different species, we have to stop the forest from cutting. People should limit the use of electricity to protect the environment from global warming and reduce the use of fossil fuels. To protect Earth from destruction, we should promote the use of solar energy and wind energy. The following 3R rules (reduce, reuse, recycle) can prove to be very effective in saving our precious soil.

Earth is the third planet in our solar system. It is in the shape which is close to sphere (spheroid). Earth is called the “blue planet” because it looks blue in colour when it is seen from outer space. It looks blue because there is water on this planet.
It is the only planet that has life on it. Life is possible on Earth because of water and because of all the gases which are important for life. Earth is in perfect distance from Sun and so there is a mild climate here. Other planets are too hot or too cold and life is impossible there.
