paragraph on A begger who frequently roams about in your area asking for alms

Once upon a time I met an old begger man in my area. At bus stand I met him, and he came near to me and ask to give something for eating like food and also ask money for drink tea. . But I couldn't give anything because he looks like good by physically so I thought that time, he can do all works and make money by working in company or in any other way. So I refused to give him... If they are physically challenged person we should help them for their living... But most of the people who are pretending like begger persons and living their life without doing any hard work...

As There is a beggar ,I know him as he lives in our area which ask for alms always,He was very-very poor as he can't have money to eat something so, in morning he always asked people for some alms ,He always be very sad and I will see him sometimes crying and even starving,He was alone and always be sad and sad.
