There are many types of people on this world. Some are good while some are bad. Some people are greedy, selfish are others are very helpful and understanding.

Last week, I met a very helpful person. A poor boy was very hungry and asking everyone for food. But no one gave him to eat anything even though the people passing by were rich. Another poor man saw this little poor child begging for food. The poor was holding only a quarter piece of roti. He got it from a nearby shop. Even though the poor man was looking very hungry, he gave that piece of roti to the poor hungry child. My eyes filled with tears seeing this.

However, I was happy to see that such person exists on our Earth in this modern age.

Answer:

About 10 years ago, as an inexperienced young teacher, I worked with a man named Tim. He was my colleague, but he was also the principal of this school,  He was  kind of a supervisor for the other teachers working there. Technically, Tim was our boss, but he didn't behave like a traditional boss. He was a professional but friendly person, so you always felt like you could talk to him about things.

When Tim offered me a job at school, that was when I first met Tim. From that moment  we started it. Tim was a really kind person and  was always willing to share his experience with an inexperienced teacher like me. He didn't have the judgment, so you didn't have to worry about doing anything wrong. If you make a mistake at work, Tim  quietly helped you make the change, so  you should never do it  again.  I remember he once taught a large class in, but Tim had to follow my teaching. It was a very stressful situation for me, but Tim really helped me. He looked unobtrusive and gave me a lot of useful advice at the end of the lesson. He never criticized me. Instead, he just told me how I could improve.

Tim's advice has helped me  become a much better teacher. Many years later, I am still very grateful to him for guiding me.
