Many times it is due to human faults that accidents take place. Thousands of lives are lost every year in railway accidents. Accidents are sad events. The accidents cause loss to government property as well. Every time an inquiry commission is set up to analyse the causes of accidents so as to draw strategy to prevent any further accidents. However, they continue to take place at regular intervalsPurulia station in West Bengal. It occurred during the early hours of morning. There was a bang and then everything was lost.
It was a head-on collision. The train began to stagger with a deafening sound. There was hue and cry all around. People were shocked at the noise. As it was early morning, most of the passengers were in deep sleep. Those who were on the upper berth fell down and sustained serious injuries. The spot where the accident took place was a remotely backward area of Purulia district. There were no road links. There were fields all around. The villagers were active with food and medicine to help the passengers of the ill-fated train. The sight was heart rending as there were piles of dead bodies. Relatives and friends of the deceased were coming from far off places to identify the dead and claim the bodies. today when I was coming back from my aunt house by train I saw a girl walking when the train was about to come and she was walking on the track .and crossing the railway track .suddenly train reached there but a man saved her life I was totally shocked that time I had no words to say.i think it was falt of the girl because she might have taken the stairs and moved forward but in taking shortcut her life was about to end .but by this incidence we conclude that we should never take shortcut in our life especially on roads and railway tracks because if we are doing so then we are keeping our life in danger and it also can affect our family , parents .so never do this so and don't also ever try to take shortcut always be safe by being Carefull everywhere
