The biggest threat to a child's health these days is air pollution. This is a major cause of respiratory diseases among children specially in big cities and towns. The number of vehicles on the roads is increasing day by day. These emit poisonous gases which permeate the atmosphere and lead to diseases like asthma and even cancer. Many industries located in these cities also add to air pollution. The Government must do something to prevent air pollution so that the people, specially children, can live healthy lives.
