Cooperation is the process of groups of organisms working or acting together for common, mutual, or some underlying benefit, as opposed to working in competition for selfish benefit. Many animal and plant species cooperate both with other members of their own species and with members of other species.

Answer:

Cooperation is when people work together to make their lives better, even though they are free to not work together, and receive little if any money for working together. Cooperation is one of the most widely taught skills. At an early age, we are taught “united we stand, divided we fall.” Cooperation means to work together to achieve a common goal. In the workplace this means a healthy environment in which employees work side by side to achieve both personal and organizational objectives. They must work with others, instead of against each other, to be productive.
