Though one's occupation for his or her livelihood involves physical work.it is held that all the jobs carry dignity compared to the jobs that involve more intellect to body.

The dignity of labour is also known as dignity of work. Today's labour needs a dignified life. They want's that they should be treated well. They are the people who works hard in the agricultural field to earn his or her two times bread and provides the country necessary items like food. A labour works hard in factories for almost a day. They contributes Gross Domestic Product (GDP). It is now becoming a habit to ignore them as they are poor. But the people are unable to understand that if these poor labour would not work for them then they would not have a piece of rice to eat.So without a labour wheather he works manually or with some sophisticated machines.We should always remember that no one can think for a country more than a labour. So labour indeed a pillar of our nation. And it is our philosophy that all types of jobs should be treated welly and equally and no occupation should be considered superior. Though one's occupation for his or her own livelihood involves physical work. It is held that all the jobs carry dignity. And what we can do for a labour is to treat them with dignity and honor
