The rules of traffic are so important in a modern society as they help us to avoid accidents and save our lives. As the number of automobiles are increasing day by day and there are only limited transportation lines, there has been a huge rise in the traffic on the roads.
Besides avoiding accidents, traffic rules also regulate the traffic flow. But people lack civic sense and they tend to violate traffic rules as per their urgencies forgetting the fact that traffic rules save our lives and they are meant to be followed but not to be violated.
Violation of traffic rules leads to accidents and loss of lives. To stop people from violating traffic rules, the government imposes fines and penalties on those who violate the traffic rules. But even the fines couldn’t stop people from the violation of traffic rules and there has been in increase number of accident cases.
Looking at this, the government recently increased the amount of fines. People should notice that all these are only for their convenience and instead of violating them and paying fine, people should follow the traffic rules and cultivate civic sense.
