Summer holidays are the most blissful time of the year which every student waits for. It brings a number of opportunities for us to get indulged in a variety of activities, sports, and other adventures that we wish to do. It serves as a wonderfully refreshing time in which we can take a break from our hectic daily routines and explore different things and spend some quality time with friends and family.
This year we planned a trip to Mussoorie. As I had never been to a hill station ever before, it was a new and joyful experience for me. We reached the hotel on Saturday night. After having rest, we went for hiking among the hills in the morning which was an exhilarating and adventurous experience for me. Hills were all around covered with beautiful greenery and tall pine trees.
Cool pleasant air was blowing which was adding to the serenity of the place. As the air beat against our faces, we felt we were in dreamland. We got a little tired, then we had the special thali for lunch. The next few days, my father took us to view the beauty spots in and around Mussorie. Out of them, I liked Kempty falls the most, truly a sight to see. The words can't describe the beauty of the place. While coming back, we bought some beautiful traditional accessories from there. Overall, our visit to Mussoorie was such a memorable and refreshing experience that revitalized us and it will always remain to flash in my mind's eye forever. After coming back, I completed my homework and spent some quality time with my friends as well by involving in different sports and school projects. Overall, It was a wonderful vacation time, I must say.
