according to doctors humans need to sleep 8 hours daily for healthy life.as we all know that sleeping too much is not good for health but sleeping less also is harmful to health and can lead to depression. for healthy and powerful brain enough sleep is needed. not getting enough sleep can lead to anexity , depression , lossing control on mind and skin problems also.
