Independance day was a great day for all americans, as today marked the day that the decleration of independance was adopted! This is very important becuase it made America free! The actuall vote to adopt this was August 2nd but ended up being celebrated on the 4th. Independance day was also very important becuase many people lost there lives to be free! Without the American Revolution, we would not have all the same opportunitines we have now! That is why the Independance day is important!

The Independence Day of India, which is celebrated religiously throughout the Country on the 15th of August every year, holds tremendous ground in the list of national days, since it reminds every Indian about the dawn of a new beginning, the beginning of an era of deliverance from the clutches of British colonialism of more than 200 years. It was on 15th August 1947 that India was declared independent from British colonialism, and the reins of control were handed over to the leaders of the Country

• After flag hoisting and singing in the union, our national anthem fills our heart with great pride and enthusiasm.

• Independence day remarks the braveness of all the Indians who fought for our country, the struggle of our freedom fighters as well as our soldiers who protect us every day.

• Tri-colored kites can be seen in north India as a symbol of celebrating Independence day.

• Independence day fills patriotism and nationalism in the hearts of the youngsters of our country and reminds them of the sacrifices and struggles of our freedom fighters.
