Answer: Life without Light

Light is a quintessential component of any known form of life. Human beings are not producers, they are consumers. Producers are plants, in the case of Earth, and plants can synthesize their food only in the presence of chlorophyll (which they already have) and SUNLIGHT. No light would mean destarchment of the plant, and complete death for the plant and consumers over a period of time. So, without light, one of the problems is starvation. Another issue is that of vision. Light enables the human eye to see. Eyes won't work and we become victims to blindness. Thus, we can safely say that the absence of light brings about little but LETHAL problems.
