My aim has always been to be a Chef. Cooking has always been my favourite activity. I love cooking and serving dishes. I have always thought , that I am a great chef. I live cooking to the core that it has been my passion now. One day , I will be a great master chef and I believe in myself. I would be a great chef and create new dishes. Thank You.
Many factors inspire me to become a chef. To begin with, being a Punjabi, I am by default, fond of eating. Inspired by my grandmother's cooking, like her, I want to have the power to transform ingredients into a magical meal and make people happy. Additionally, I want to pursue a career which involves the culture of our country. The way in which history has played a role in influencing tastes intrigues me. Being a chef will allow me to experience all these aspects of food, culture, history and also be able to come up with healthy alternatives to traditional dishes.
