Tiffin is a box made up of metal or plastic. it is very important for elders as well as youngers as we can carry our food in it. a student who is studying in school needs Tiffin box to take his /her food in it because he/she needs food to get energy. we pack our food in it with foil paper but however some of us pack it with paper but it is not a good work as it is dangerous for our health. we should avoid the use of plastic tiffin box because it is dangerous for our environment instead of it we should use metal Tiffin box.

I TAKE MY TIFFIN BOX WITH ME TO MY SCHOOL DAILY. IT IS PINK IN COLOUR AND IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS. IT IS HAVING A SPOON AND FORK TOO. IN MY TIFFIN , I USUALLY TAKES VEGETABLES WITH CHAPATI AND SOMETIMES PASTA, BREAD ETC. THE FOOD ARE ALWAYS WRAPPED INTO THE FOIL. I HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TIFFIN BOX BECAUSE CINDERELLA IS DRAWN IN IT.
