An active voice can be done by passive voice rules (this is actually converted to passive voice)
If the question were like this:
The children studied in the library.
Then the answer would be like this. Just an example.
The children were studied in the library.
I'm not really sure about the question and answer. Because it doesn't seem like an active voice.
