Science is basically the use of things in external world for our daily benefits either short term and long term. Who is better in the usage of external things is as better in science. And, the scientists are those persons who understand the outer world beyond the human's reach.
So, it depends upon you how do you see external world. How much are you better in science. Science contains biological and physical understanding with chemical understanding too.
The opposite of science is the god's knowledge, knowledge in religion - Hindu, Muslim, Christians etc.
