Answer:

TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NONE

The proverb "Time and tide wait for no man" illustrates the importance of time. Once a minute or a second is gone it cannot be recovered. It is gone forever. Therefore, we must not procrastinate or delay in doing what needs to be done on a daily moment by moment basis.

There are lots of people who missed great opportunities because of procrastination. They wrongly thought that there was nothing wrong in letting a good opportunity go because there will be another day, another time, to catch up on their ambitions of life. Unfortunately no other golden opportunities ever knocked on their doors again.

People cannot stop the passing of time, and therefore should not delay doing things. The processes of nature continue, no matter how much we might like them to stop. Time does not wait or stop for anybody. So, there is nothing more precious than time and it should not be wasted.
