A hobby is an activity that you like to do in your spare time. It has nothing to do with work, but you do it regularly, because you really like it. Often it brings you not only the pleasure of the process, but also the satisfaction of the result. You develop your skills and learn something new.
Hobbies can be creative, for example, singing, playing a musical instrument, drawing or making crafts. Many hobbies are associated with amateur sports, for example, roller skating, skiing, yoga, pilates, dancing, aerobics, swimming. Some hobbies are very useful household activities, such as cooking, sewing or knitting.
As for me, my hobbies are quite different. Fitness is my number one hobby. I like movement and exercise. Usually I have five workouts a week: two workouts in the hall, one streching and two lessons on the dance hall. I do not get tired, because I like what I do. I always have a good mood after intensive training.Swimming helps in many diseases. Basically people are engaged in swimming, to lose weight and distract from depression. In our world, a person everywhere receives a dose of negativity and puts it back inside, and water acts as a healing source. It is able to relax the body and soul. Unlike gyms, swimming is much more pleasant, as if you are not fitting large forces, but you get a colossal result.Many people enjoy playing sports. It is people?s hobby, some say it?s their life, and others play it just to keep busy. Sports keep you in shape and out of trouble. There are physical sports, and there are mental sports. Depending on what people like, there is a sport out there for anyone. Football, baseball, and golf are just a few to name.
Football is known as a contact sport. Players that play this sport must be in shape and very strong. They also must be able to read and learn many different plays. Although football is a physical sport, it is said to be more of a mental sport. Players have to be able to know the sport and the players to be able to play the game.
Unlike football, baseball is not a contact sport. Players need to be able to run a good distance. They have to learn what the coach?s signals mean and when to use them. Players also need to have a good concentration so they do not get distracted. Another thing that is very important is stretching before each game. If players do not stretch before a game, it will be very easy for them to pull a muscle or get hurt.
