We usually are very nervous while giving our exams. The exams always seem to be quite though because of the competitions we have among our mates. Some of the students do selective study only on some important topics where they stand between hope and fear. For us examinations are the worst part of our life. Even the most brilliant student seems to be nervous. Some of us have examination phobia. When we study for long ,a day before our exams, we tend to get tired easily and there are chances that we forget what we have had learnt.
An hour before our examination is the most terrific part of the very day. We get tensed . The fact that we have to score the highest marks makes us feel so tensed. An hour b4 an examination is very important for a student because we can recaptulate the things we have learnt.
But we should handle the situation calmly and take a long breath and focus on what we have had studied last night . We should not discuss again and again because there are chances that can distract our mind. We should always give our exams with a fresh mind and whatever we have learnt will come to our mind easily and that will directly flow on our papers and will definitely give us the best result.
