as we all know winter is a season in which we face problems in some places snow also falls and cold is that much that I cant tolerate not even me many people cant tolerate the cold of winters to protect ourselves from cold and make winters a fun we should wear many clothes in layers because heat gets trapped in these layers we should eat or drink hot things that keep our body warm and we should also eat fats but in very small quantity and we should use appliances such as heaters to keep ourselves warm and try not to go outside if possible...
