How To Keep Fit

Fitness is very important always. And fitness can be achieved only through exercise. Exercise helps in preventing excess weight gain or maintaining weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. Exercise keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. In fact, regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, and certain types of cancer, arthritis and falls.  

Exercise is not beneficial for body, but mind and emotions also. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.  To augment fitness, one must also do yoga and meditation. They help us keep our mind and soul healthy.

In conclusion it can be said that all of us must include exercise in our daily routine.
