Annual Cultural Meet
On the 23rd annual cultural program of our school St. Mary's Convent, the theme was decided to be "Seasons". All the students from classes 1 to 10 decided upon their events for the function. I thought to myself that since I was in my senior year I should make it memorable by participating in the program. Our class had decided to do four dance performances based on the main four seasons: spring, summer, monsoon and winter. I was in the summer dance. Our choreography was done by our dance teacher. Everyone worked very hard. All four dances turned out well. On the day of the program, I was surprised to see how talented the students of our school were. From dramatic to singing to dances to recitals, everyone did something or the other to participate. Finally, it was time for our dance. I was a little nervous but I knew I had worked hard so it would be fine. Once we were on the stage, nothing else mattered. The audience applauded wholeheartedly for us. It was a remarkable moment for me. The annual cultural program was a great success.
