let base of parallelogram be X and height equal to X by 3 so x by 3 into X equal to 192 ,hence x square equal to 192 into 3 equal to 576
so,x²=576
x=24 is the height of parallelogram
Hope it helps!!!

H=1/3 of base
Let base =b
And it is parallel so it must be a parallelogram
Area =base*height
So equating
b*1/3b=192
b^2=192*3
b=24
