Here,
a = 15m
b = 8m
h = 12m
Area = 1/2 (15 + 8) × 12
= 1/2 × 23 × 12m²
Thus the area of the trapezium = 138m²

It's totally correct... just try to understand
½(23)12=276\2 which is now equal 88
