→ Consider the common base on two parallelograms.

→ Since, the parallelograms lie between the same parallel lines, the perpendicular height between that parallel lines, is the altitude of the parallelograms.

→ For finding the areas of the parallelograms, multiply the measurements of common base & the perpendicular height of parallelograms.

→ Thus, the areas of the parallelograms will be same.
