subject - complaining for homework not done

dear parents,

we are writing you this application to inform you that your ward never completes his work on time. we hav given a lot remarks in the diary and in his notebook. kindly motivate him. to complete his work on time . look into the matter and i wish he will surely improve and will complete his homeworks from next time
