If children not study well it create chance of fail in the exam. It has only one solution

for this bring the mobile from your children and give it only 15 or 30 minutes after complete given time take phone again otherwise make time table of your children.I take my example my parents give me phone in 8 class.I am the topper of my scholl in 5,6 and 7 class then my concentration in study is lost and i will score in 8 class only 58%.Then i use mobile for 30 minutes only then in 9 class i will score 98%
