Question :-

Parikshith makes a cuboid of sides 5 cm , 2 cm , 5 cm respectively . how many such cuboids are needed to make a cube .

Solution :-

➡ each side of cube

= LCM of cuboid dimensions

________________________

∵ LCM ( 5,2,5 ) = 10

∴ each side of cube = 10 cm

Now,

\tt{No.\: of \:cuboid \:required = \frac{volume\: of\: cube\: to\: be\:formed }{ volume\: of\: cuboid}}

\tt{no.\:of\:cuboid\:required=\frac{10×10×10}{5×2×5}}

no. of cuboid required = 20 .

Hence, 20 cuboids are required to make a cube .
