Step-by-step explanation:

Let the sides be 3s, 5s and 7s. According to the Question,

3s + 5s + 7s = 30

15s = 30

s = 2.

So the sides are 3(2) cm, 5(2) cm and 7(2) cm, or 6 cm, 10 cm and 14 cm.

a = 6 cm, b = 10 cm, c = 14 cm, s = 30/2 = 15 cm.

Area = √{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

Area = √{15(15 - 6)(15 - 10)(15 - 14)}

Area = √(15 * 9 * 5 * 1)

Area = √675

Area = 5√27

Area = 15√3 or approximately 25.98 cm².
