If the parliament passes a law that turns out to be unpopular then there has to be a strong reason behind it.


The laws are passed in parliament only in connection with the Constitution of India.


In reality, there will always be a group that will favor the law and another group that would oppose.


But if anyone finds the law inappropriate in accordance with the constitution then they can always seek help of the court.
