parliamentary form of government is sometimes quoted as prime ministerial form of government. why? .​

Because in parliamentary form of government PM is directly elected by the people of the country whereas the PRESIDENT is appointed by the members of LOKSABHA. That's y it is also known as prime ministerial form of government.
