i) It represents a woman who has been through much in life and probably wants to end it.

ii) I don't know about the fish-thing but she's probably sick and tired of her life, so she wants to end it. Or atleast, that's what I can infer from the picture.

iii) Obviously, not a good message. From the quote "everybody wants it all", we can make out that people may have used her for their selfish gain. She's young, beautiful and yet, casually a gun like that could mean a lot of things.
