*Headline:its take take the topic of the news in a strong statement or a catchy phrase.Use of articles,prepositions etc.can be avoided.
*Byline:it includes the name of the person who writes the report which is followed by name of the school/college/office/newspaper and city.
*Paragraph 1:this Paragraph constitutes the backbone of the report as it covers-who,what,when and how of the situation being reported.
*Paragraph 2:event/incident can be elaborated with the insightful comments of the person writing the report .
*Paragraph 3-This Paragraph can deal with the outcome /result/future course of events.
