Earth resources are very important for the survival of human civilization..You too can see how important is petrol,iron,copper and many other minerals..Thinking our life without all these stuff is too difficult..These mineral resources are form in thousands of years..One human cant see the formation process in his whole age..And if it gets over then its over..So thats why there are some rules made by Govt. for the usage of mineral recources..
