Part A.)
-vp + 30 < 45, solve for v.
Subtract 30 from both sides.
-vp < 15
Divide both sides by -p
v _> 15/-p is your solution for Part A.

Part B.)
3w - 6r = 30, solve for r.
Subtract 3w from both sides.
-6r = -3w + 30
Divide both sides by -6
r = (-3w + 30) / -6 is your solution for Part B.)
