The tRNA is responsible for translation of protein polypeptide chain based on the genetic information carried in the messenger RNA.

The tRNA sequence is therefore complimentary in nature to the genetic code of the mRNA.

So, the genetic code of the tRNA will be: CGA-UUA--CAG. Each of these 3 codons code for a single amino acid.

CGA will code for Alanine, UUA for Aspargine and CAG for Valine.
