Answer:

9. 6x^2 -7x -3

6x^2 -9x+2x -3

3x(2x-3) +1(2x-3)

(3x+1) (2x-3)

zeroes are:

3x +1=0

3x= -1

x= -1

3

2x -3=0

2x=-3

x= -3

2

The zeroes are ( -1 ) and ( -3 )

3 2

10.Sum=4

Product=1

p(x)=k[x^2 -(4)x + (1)]

=k[x^2 -4x +1]

=x^2 -4x +1

11. a1 = 9 = 1

a2 18 2

b1 = 3 = 1

b2 6 2

c1 = 12 = 1

c2 24 2

a1 = b1 = c1

a2 b2 c1

So the pair of equations will be coincident.
