The letter written by Fredrick Douglas to Harriet Tubman was about the abolition of the slavery. Fredrick Douglas was never in favor of slavery and wanted to abolish it.

According to him, this act of slavery was very inhuman, cruel and emotionless to make someone your slave and make him work for you. It was totally unjust and immoral to practice this act of slavery. He did not like the fact of slavery being practiced by Harriet in a private way.
