On 1st equation, we use Bx+C, because, Numerator should be 1 degree less than the denominator.

But On the 2nd equation we use C, Though The denominator is also 2 degree. Why we don't use "Cx-D" instead of "C"?

you can ise Cx-d but it will itself give u c=0
