Here is ur answer,

According to the question,

 =  >  {x}^{4}  +   {x}^{2}  + 1 = ( {x }^{2}  + x + 1)( {x}^{2}  + kx + 1)

 =  >  {x}^{4}  +  {x}^{2}  + 1 =  {x}^{4}  + k {x}^{3}  +  {x}^{2}  +  {x}^{3}  + k {x}^{2}  + x +  {x}^{2}  + kx + 1

Comparing both sides x^3 coefficients,

=> K+1 =0

=> k = -1.
