Chromatin thread

Chromatin thread, at the time of division, organizes itself into chromosomes which in turn contain the DNA which contains information regarding the characteristics of parent to pass to the next generation.

Nuclear membrane
The nuclear membrane separates the nucleus from the cytoplasm. It allows certain materials to enter and exit the nucleus.

Nucleoplasm
It is the jelly like substance present inside the nucleus. It performs certain functions such as supporting the chromatin material and nucleolus and also provides rigidity to the nucleus. It is also the site for the synthesis of DNA, RNA and ribosomal subunits in the nucleus.

Nuclear pore
The nuclear pores are passageways for RNA and other things to enter/leave the nucleus.

Nucleolus

Nucleolus synthesises pre‐ribosomal ribonucleic acid (rRNA ) and it also carries out ribosome biogenesis.

Hope it helps
