▪ the Forebrain consist of cerebrum, thalamus and hypothalamus.
▪The Forebrain is the largest part of the brain.
▪The Forebrain separates into the diencephalon( compowed of the thalamus,hypothalamus,sub-thalamus and pretectum).
▪Forebrain also telencephalon which develop into the cerebrum.

☆Midbrain
▪ the midbrain is located b/w the thalamus and hypothalamus.
▪ A canal called the cerebral aqueduct passes through Midbrain.
▪The dorsal portion of the midbrain consist of
mainly of four round swellings (lobes) called
corpora quadrigemina.

☆Hindbrain
▪ the Hindbrain comprises pons, cerebellum and medulla and also called medulla (oblongata) pons consist of fibre tract
that interconnect different region of the brain.
▪ Cerebellum has convoluted surface in order
to provide the additional space for many more neurons.
