u can write this as ----

look here is no helping verb so in case of no helping verb....

we use...
if in sentence main verb is in V1 we use do...

if main verb is in V2 we use did

if V1 + s / es we use does + V1...

same in negative....

so in this sentence main verb is in V1... so in negative interrogative ....

to can write in two way ---

1 ) do not pass that bag to me ?
2 ) don't pass that bag to me ?
