1) we need to group 4 consonants and treat it as 1 enitity.

so 1 group of consonant and 2 vowels can be arranged arranged in 3! ways

and 4 consonants in the group can be arranged in 4! ways.

so answer is 3!*4!

2) We can arrange 4 consonants in 4! ways and to avoid vowels coming together we can place them in the 5 places among consonants shown here

_C_C_C_C_   (C denotes consonant and we find 5 positions for 2 vowels)

2 vowels can be placed in 5 positions in 5P2 ways.  

so answer is 5P2*4!

3) Here we need to note that in 1st and 4th position we have vowels and remaining positions are taken by consonants.
