go" is an intransitive verb. You can not change it into the passive voice. Have as a verb means to own or possess. We use "has" for he, she, it (third person singular) when the sentence is affirmative and present simple.

This sentence/ dialogue is can't be changed to it's passive form. The sentence gives an unknown question, where the verb 'going' can't be changed.
