Things to remember:
While changing a sentence into the active voice, if the doer has not been mentioned, then her/his identity must be assumed.
If the listener knows that you are the doer of an action, there is no need to add by me in every passive sentence. Use the name of the action-doer only when it is not obvious.
Certain words such as have, Be, arrive, appear, go, fall, happen and weight do not take an object. Passives are not possible in these.
